Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament resumes on Monday next and continues each Monday 11am to 3.30pm.

Healing Mass will take place on Monday 18th September at 8pm. All are very welcome.

NaFIANNA LADIES GFC
Our U-13 teams fixtures are as follows, Division 2 team are due to play Celbridge at home and our Division 7 team will face Carbury 2, away on Thursday 21st September. Please try and support our underage girls in their Autumn League games. Our minor ladies had a good win over Sallins last Tuesday evening in terrible weather conditions, next up for the minors will be an away match to neighbours Milltown on Tuesday 19th September. Our gaelic4mothers and others is up and running, contact our facebook page if you are interested in joining, as training night changes to try accommodate as many ladies as possible.

Best of luck to our Senior Reserve team who play Kill in the Reserve Championship final.
Hard luck to our Senior team who were beaten by Kilcock in the Intermediate championship Quarter Final by 2 points despite a gallant effort. Thanks to Gerry, Padraig and Brian for all their hard work. And a big thank you to the players who put in great commitment this year.
Underage Training every Tuesday and Friday from 7 to 8p.m. please make sure all children have gumshields. Can all parents please make sure they check in at every training. Lotto tickets are also available to purchase at training.

Junior Football Championship Semi-Final: No luck in this game but well done to the Players and Mentors on a fine season , taking the league title and earning promotion.

A huge thank you to every one who helped out in any way to make our Family Fun Day such a success. Given the weather on Sunday it was a great tribute to all of you who turned up to make the day such a fun day. Milltown's Community Spirit at it's best.
Our U13 lads are away to Moorefield this morning at 10.30am
Well done to Our Senior Ladies who contested the Junior B final yesterday in Hawkfield.
Another final on the cards for the club for our Minor lads. They had a great win in atrocious weather with a score of Milltown 3-11 Grangenolvin 2-2 on Tuesday. Final will take place on Sunday next in St. Conleth's park against Killard. Time TBC
U13 girls match postponed until Sept 28th.

ALLENWOOD GFC
Our fun day for all was a great success considering the bad weather with lots of showers on the day. We would sincerely like to thank all who turned up and supported us on the day. A special word of thanks to all the people who helped out and who made it a great day for young and old alike. Our Gym is open. Contact Celine McNamee at 087-2518114. Lotto tickets are on sale at a cost of €1.50 per ticket we would encourage our members to either buy or sell these tickets as it is a weekly fundraiser which has the potential to be a great help to the club. NEW GROUP IN ALLENWOOD
A new Foroige Youth Group is opening for all post primary young people on Friday 22nd September. It will run every Friday from 8-9pm in the upstairs room of the Allenwood GAA hall. All young people and their parents are welcome to attend the opening night to find out how the group will work and activities planned until December.
