THE ANNUAL CORPUS CHRISTI PROCESSION takes place on June 3rd next from St. Conleth's Parish Church, Newbridge, to St. Eustaces' Dominican Church for Solemn Benediction. Remember the date June 3rd. We would be very grateful if children, would don their national costume, i.e. Irish Filipino, African, Polish, et al, and help to add a truly catholic flavour to the procession. Communicants and Confirmation children with their families are particularly welcome, especially to celebrate this year of the Family.

Well done to the senior team who had a great win against neighbours Robertstown last Saturday. The senior team will play Kill on Saturday 9th May in Kill at 6.00pm.

The All-Ireland Turf Footing Competition and Country Fair will take place on Sunday 3rd June.
We are looking for any donations suitable for The Bottle Stall and Wheel of Fortune. For example, unwanted presents, toys, non-perishable foods and drinks (must be new).

The Alzheimer Café evening takes place on the last Wednesday of every month from 7pm to 9pm in the Convent Tea Rooms at McAuley Place, Sallins Road, Naas (Beside Parish Church). Those living with a dementia, families, carers and professionals with an interest in the area are all welcome to attend.
Each month a different speaker will give a perspective on Alzheimer disease and an open discussion takes place with questions and answers.

The first team played Maynooth away on Saturday last final score read Allenwood 0-13 Maynooth 6-10. First team at home to Two Mile House Saturday at 6pm.The reserves were defeated by a strong Towers team Monday night last.

Our Winifred Dunne Memorial Tournament kindly sponsored by Dunne Haulage again this year, will take place in Allenwood GFC on Saturday 9th June at 10am. Raffle on the day tickets available now from any committee member. Light refreshments on the day with all donations at the gate to Friends of Naas Hospital.
Registration for all players will expire on 31st May, please make sure you register before then. Any parent/guardian wishing to become a member of the club can do so, membership is €10 and can be paid to any committee member.
