In Allen Church on Tuesday mornings 10am – 11am, Wednesday mornings 10am - 11am and Friday evenings 7pm - 8pm..
In Allenwood Church on Friday mornings after 9.30am Mass.

RESURREXIT
Adoration takes place every Monday (except Bank Holidays) 11am-3.30pm. All are very welcome.

BAPTISMS
The Sacrament of Baptism is celebrated every two weeks.

Please return your November list of the Dead (blue envelope in your weekly envelope box) to any of the three Churches. The list of the dead will be prayed for at all Masses during November.

EUCHARISTIC MINISTERS & LAY READERS – ALLEN CHURCH
The new rotas for Lay Readers and Eucharistic Ministers are being prepared for next year. If you previously ministered in Allen on Saturday evenings, you can switch to 10.30am on Sunday mornings. Alternatively you may wish to serve in Allenwood Church on Saturday evenings and if so you can contact Christina Ryan at 089 4276754.
As the new rotas have to be ready for distribution before the end of December, all changes need to be received by November 16th.

POPE JOHN PAUL II AWARDS
This year 7 people from our parish will receive their Pope John Paul II awards from Bishop Denis on November 15th in St. David’s Church Naas.
We would like to thank them for their contribution to our Parish, for helping out during our Masses, volunteering in Lourdes with the Diocese, volunteering with St. Vincent de Paul, Jumping Jellybeans, homework clubs, Tidy Towns, nursing homes, daycare centres along with other volunteering.

All roads lead to Hotel Keadeen on Saturday 3rd November as Ballyteague host their gala dinner dance celebrating a hugely successful year on and off the field. League winners, Leinster and All Ireland success, all trophies will be on display on the night. Tickets are still available but don’t leave it too late, contact Marie Jacob, Ray Melia, Ann Kenna, Lisa Walsh, Christina Mullaney, Leslie Thorpe and Lisa Geraghty as soon as possible. Music on the night by the brilliant ‘After Dark’. Join us for what will be the biggest social event of the year.
Well done to both U8 teams and the U10 team that played this week. The club would like to thank all the coaches for giving up their time and effort this year.

Underage training has ceased for the winter months. Many thanks to all who helped out in any way with the underage over the past year. We look forward to seeing you all in the spring.

Well done to our U13 girls who had a great win over Ellistown and are now County Champions in Division 4.
A busy weekend of fixtures for the club this weekend.
Sat - Senior men away in Aughrim to Kilcoole in the 1st round of Leinster Championship.
Sun - Our U15 lads are at home to Naas at 10.30am.
Sun - Our U21 lads are away to Sarsfields at 2pm. Ref: Liam Herbert.
Mon - Our Minor ladies are at home to Two Mile House at 11 am.
All support for our teams is very much appreciated.
A huge Congratulations to Christy Downey who became World Under Hand Champion in Rings at the weekend. Well done Christy, a huge Achievement.
Congratulations to “Na Fír Crua”our recently formed Men’s Over 35’s who held an exhibition match to close off their season this year. What a bunch! Great craic was had this year with this group. It’s time to rest the muscles and aching bones before the new season starts up.
Clothes recycling continues. Please bags clothes, shoes, belts, bags, curtains, bed linen and place in the recycling bin at the clubhouse please. Many thanks.
