Ecumenical service in Kilmeague Church on Sunday 11th November at 2pm concelebrated by Rev. Frances Grasham and Fr. Willie Byrne to remember all those from the Parish who died in World War I.

As part of the ceremony there will be a roll call of those from our local area who died in the War.

It is estimated that approximately 200 men from the parish were enlisted and we welcome all members of their families/friends to attend. Any information on others who served would be welcome.

Refreshments and display of memorabilia in Allen Hall after the service.
