Confirmation 2020
The Sacrament of Confirmation will be celebrated by Bishop Denis
on Friday 27th March 2020 as follows:

11am – Robertstown and Allenwood Schools in Allenwood Church.
2.30pm – Allen and Milltown Schools in Allen Church.

A meeting for parents of First Communion children will take place in Allen Church on Wednesday 16th October at 7.30pm.

Eucharistic Adoration
In Milltown Church Tuesday mornings 10am - 10.30am and Thursday evenings 7pm - 8pm.
In Allen Church on Tuesday mornings 10am – 11am, Wednesday mornings 10am - 11am. Allenwood Church on Friday mornings after 9.30am Mass.

Adoration takes place every Monday (except Bank Holidays) 11am-3.30pm. All are very welcome.

The LBDC annual fundraising walk using old Allen Mass walk is taking place on Sunday the 13th of October. Meeting at Val Cross's house at Drumsru (eircode R51 XK20) at 11am. Congratulations to our Senior Ladies who beat Round Towers in Division 5 final. Our U13 & U15 girls have their finals this weekend for the U13 girls & BH Monday for the U15 girls. Hard luck to our U14 Boys who lost out to Celbridge in their semi- finals. We were very unfortunate to loose Joe & Dylan due to injury on the day & we wish both of them a very speedy recovery. Our U9 gilrs had a great game on Wednesday with great football skills & teamwork on display. October 19th is the Conlon Cup now in its 43rd year. Looking forward to seeing as many there as possible. Congratulations & well done to Milltown’s U12’s who brought home the Eamonn Reddy Cup for the 3rd successive year. A big thank you to the Reddy family & to Barney & Orla Tierney for sponsorship of the prizes. A huge thank you to all who support our lotto each week. Kildare Young Arthritis Network are running a 4 week course of seated yoga in Newbridge Parish Centre. Starting on Monday 7th October at 7:30pm.
